1.) A system or program of physical conditioning designed to enhance circulatory and respiratory efficiency that involves vigorous sustained exercise.

2.) Designed to enhance all components of physical fitness: muscular strength and endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility, and reduce body fat by using a variety of fitness regimens in order to improve performance
